Bullet for My Valentie ist eine walisische Metalcoreband.

Ehemaliges Mitglied ist der Bassist Nick Crandle (bis 2003).

Biographie:

1999 Gründung unter dem Namen „Jeff Killed John“ als Nirvana und Metallica Coverband.

2002 Aufnahmen in das nationale walisische Bandförderungsprojekt Pynci und Aufnahme der Nu-Metal EP „You/Play with me“.

2003 verlässt Crandle die Band, schnell wird Jason James als neuer Bassis und Shouter vorgestellt. Die Band heißt ab sofort „Opportunity in Chicago“.

2004 Umbennenung in „Bullet for My Valentine“ und Veröffentlichung der ersten EP „Bullet for My Valentine“ im November.

2005 Erscheinen der EP "Hand of Blood", die eine Neuaflage der ersten EP bildet (Sie hat nur einen neuen Song und ein Musikvideo!). Im September veröffentlichen Bullet for my Valentine ihr erstes Album "The Poison".

2006 wird im Oktober die Hand of Blood EP - Live at Brixton veröffentlicht, welche auf 4000 Exemplare limitiert ist. Im Oktober wurde die Live-DVD "The Poison - Live at Brixton" veröffentlicht.

2007 Begannen Bullet for My Valentine mit den Aufnahmen für ihr zweites Studioalbum "Scream Aim Fire".

2008 Wird "Scream Aim Fire" veröffentlicht.
